Not sure about previous weeks but last week she defo had the full days all week. (I follow Gorka 😂) but you are right, they know what they’re signing up for.

I wonder how much the pros really care about winning? It’s not a professional competition and is really more about their celebrity partner than them? Otherwise why would anyone agree to have old/useless partners?
 
I think tonight’s decision was the right one for sure.
Jamie will bring so much more to the final than Ranvir would have done. Will miss Gio though! His theatre/Jazz dang with Faye is one of my favourite ever strictly dances!
I think I’ve made it clear on these threads that my heart lies with Gorka 😂 I think him and Maisie really, really deserve it. I feel like he’s so well liked and all the other pros seem to love him and he needs the recognition he deserves and also I may forgive whatever idiot decided to drop him and give me many weeks of Neil last year. Worst. Decision. Ever.
And yes Danny Mac was ROBBED! That samba 🤤

It's an interesting one, I wonder how much the pros really do care about whether or not they win. Kevin basically collapsed to the floor when he won (certainly wasn't about his partner in that moment!) and Amy also seems to really want a win. Some of the others seem more chilled out though may be more competitive than we think.

I think they know that getting the occasional oldie/duffer is part of the job, if they hated it, they wouldn't do the show at all.

Yeah I mean at the end of the day they get paid anyway. But winning Strictly wouldn’t really bolster their credentials in the pro-world. I guess some people are more competitive than others in all walks of life!

I don't know if Jamie is competitive enough for Oti. Half of me thinks they could have been a good pairing (I think they seemed to get along in the group rehearsals) but the other half of me thinks that Oti would have been too intense for him and wouldn't have gone for some of the more comedy routines we've seen with Karen. They may have butted heads after a few weeks.

I absolutely love Oti as a dancer & choreographer but I don't think I'd want her as my pro if I did SCD as a celeb. I wonder if she'll finally get a dud celeb next year - bring in a 70 year old ex politician to be her next partner. She has the most finals of any female pro except for Aliona but even she had Tony & Gregg.

I'm 40, my fb friends are all team Bill from around the country, haven't seen anyone mention the others. No idea of the voting demographic for strictly but he may stand a chance if they're the prime voting age

Thought that was harry and meg at first glance

When lads are cocky they don't get the same stick as girls do. They get labelled things like cheeky or he's just being a lad and its all a bit of a laugh but girls get always get slated and put back in their box if they become cocky. Being cocky in a competition is hardly the worse thing in the world.

Pleased for Jamie to get through, after having to leave last year and then his replacement winning, it must feel like he's got the proper experience now!

I think Bill will win, which I'm happy with, he's a great sport and always tries his best. Big wow that Oti will win two years in a row, don't think the producers planned/expected that!
 
The thing I always find strange about Strictly is it’s on for weeks, ITT is in on 5 nights a week right through, the final is extra long...then they announce the winner and boom, show’s over 😂. I’m sure I remember them having something on the red button after the final finished but I don’t know if they still do
