I don’t have any opinion on Maisie as a person, she seems nice enough and I’ve never understood the hate. But I think she’s hugely overrated as a dancer. She’s only just.... average? If she was on the US DWTS she wouldn’t make it to week 3.

I have never seen it but how many of the others would ?
 
I would like to copy a comment I saw on digital spy.

“This semi final really showed the weakness of this series”.

I mean on dance ability alone Maisie and HRVY deserve to be in the final. The rest however have struggled more with their dances; I mean usually in a 5 person semi final there is always 1 celeb who scores lower and usually is the one who goes however just based on dance ability Bill and Ranvir were weaker than normal both in one of their dances.

I mean to be fair to them it has been a short series and they have been scored higher than normal on previous dances which makes it harder to go on a journey and show improvement.
 
Just dropped in to say that Bill Bailey's Tango with Metallica's Enter Sandman was the dogs bollocks!

I'm just wondering how the musical choices are made in the first place.

This was written about as a ‘wtf’ moment and people couldn’t believe the size of his fan base. Whereas, people write about Maisie as if she’s actually really good and she’s just... not? Like she’s fairly average, at best. Compare to this recent season of DWTS 😘 or all the all stars season with the likes of Shawn Johnson. Maisie just doesn’t have it.

Also HRVY comes across terribly as a person but he’s better than Maisie as a dancer.

As for Strictly tonight, it’s time for Ranvir to go.
