She’s been doing tit like this for years. She loses so many items, leaves stuff behind etc. She lost her engagement ring a few years ago. It made me irrationally angry

Why are so many dogs abandoned over there does anyone know?

Variety of reasons. Some of them are cultural, a lot of people don’t see dogs as pets like we do in the west, they use some as hunting / working dogs and as soon as they have done their job they abandon them. Dogs aren’t spayed as much as over here so get a couple of stray unspayed dogs and you have multiple puppies and the cycle continues.

I’m not painting everyone with the same brush, I follow a lot of charities in Bali / Thailand / Sri Lanka that are doing amazing things but unfortunately it’s an uphill struggle. I think anyone helping as little as they can isn’t a bad thing.

I’ve got an ex-street dog and she is the absolute best little thing.

there are several rescue centres in Bali they could have taken puppy to right away, but of course Steph knows best and it looks cute for the gram

I have it in my head that the other 2 pups tried to follow them when they took off and got lost then or something ☹ Why not leave all 3 pups and come back with a box or something to help carry them all. Or else call some of the others to come help them.

I really doubt that in the 20 minutes that they left and came back to get the other 2 that someone else had picked them up. Also if they really had gone back I'm sure the "oh no theyre gone" moment would have been plastered all over the gram.

Can’t believe that someone who has made their career on travel etc. Hasn’t posted or acknowledged (unless I’ve missed it) much at all about the Ukraine tragedy.
but again, it’s not Bali so she won’t be in a rush to head there For the gram so why care.
