Do you think she realises she has cankles? She seems to obsess over everything else looks related... or do you think she just chooses to ignore it and hope nobody notices, cause there isn't a cosmetic surgery for that? There's always the third option, that she's too daft to notice in the first place.

I have cankles and hate them but there’s nothing I can do about them, nor can she to be fair.

Yes she can. The reason it's happened is because of all the crap she has pumped into her body and cheap surgery. Her own doing. Especially when she knowingly has it done on the cheap by people that carry needles of filler around in their handbags and administer it in non-sterile environments.

Swelling of the legs and ankles is a common and well known side effect of having too much. Look at Jessica Alves...classic example of having too much junk pumped into your body.

And when someone is as self obsessed as Jizzy, who thinks she's a cut above every other living breathing female, then sorry, people are going to rip the piss.
