Yes it would. One reason my ex got a joke of a sentence because he'd spent 6 months on remand waiting for the case to go to court. It got taken off when sentencing was passed

It really annoys me how many people seem to think just because the sex was consensual that makes it ok. It's like they only recognise a sexual offence if it was non-consensual sex. Makes me sooooooooo angry. I've seen a few comments where people are like "yeah but she agreed to have sex" completely missing the point she did not consent to being filmed or having it shared! Just because she was ok to have sex doesn't make the rest of it alright

I believe the judge can consider his conduct throughout the trial, so in essence, yes. Pre-sentencing reports will be prepared for the judge to consider.

Sorry to go over old ground but what date is his court case for the gates? I find it hilarious how he can plead not guilty to that as well. You can literally go on google maps and see the ugly things. Does anyone know what sort of punishment he would get for that? I’m guessing just a fine and ordered to take them down?

I had a similar conversation with my uncle
Who’s in his 70s about the young footballers being outed for abusing their girlfriends and he said something like Oh these girls go up to them with short skirts asking for it. I nearly dropped dead with horror. I had to leave the conversation too because I could feel my face getting red with rage

My mum is 70 and sometimes says similar about the way girls dress or that being groped back in the day or receiving pervy comments was just something you put up with. I explain well you shouldn't have to! Times have changed as we realise it is not acceptable. Women shouldn't have to make allowances and change their life and feel less safe just because some men are perverts etc
