I think she did wash her trainers in the washing machine. Everything she says is a lie and def has an ulterior motive too. I always wash mine in the machine). Never had a problem. I stick them in a netted wash bag designed for trainers and put them on a gentle wash, spin and then dry them - they come out looking like new.

I live in the countryside and trail run, as does my partner and my child comes fairly often so we have running trainers coated in mud and throwing them in the machine makes them cleaner than how she got her trainers after that tit with a toothbrush

Absolutely. I run 10k everyday and my trainers stay pretty clean, although granted i dont wear white ones but still!! She is beyond fake!
