Shes not working any muscles on the squat lifts either and squatting incorrectly and imo the bridge hip extensions are too quick and working nothing.Flew here to CRINGE at her deadlift technique. The bottom of her back rounds so much that she’ll either give herself injury or best case, just not work a single muscle she’s trying to target with deadlifts.

Why wouldn't she plan HIIT training for Stacey to lose weight and tone, and then slow weights to build muscle.
Even HIIT training with weights is done in a controlled way and nothing like she's showing.

It’s bad enough to think the whole world could see those videos but how can you post stuff like that with everything showing when you have children who can see it and will undoubtedly get teased by their friends but also, and maybe worse still, knowing that your pervy dad will also be looking at it?!
