I was wondering if Joe decided to go to court to see Harry after he got with SS? I’ve known a few people that didn’t have anything to do with their kids but when new women come on the scene they act like dad of the year, usually the novelty wears off for them but with Joe being in the public eye it would look bad on him and SS if he abandoned Harry AGAIN
 
THE FIANCÉE of callous EastEnder Joe Swash has told how he ditched her and their seven-month-old son and moaned: "I'm too young to be a dad."

The actor, who plays Mickey Miller, kicked Emma Sophocleous and baby Harry out of their home so he could return to the playboy lifestyle that once earned him the nickname ‘The Animal' because of his wild sexual appetites.

Distraught Emma, 23—who saved his life and nursed him back to health when he collapsed with deadly meningitis two years ago—branded him a heartless rat.

She said: "Yes I've split with Joe and I'm very bitter and angry because he's left me with a seven-month-old baby to support."

He would have looked so bad shacking up with her & her 2 boys when he wanted nothing to do with his own. The publicity of it would have cast such a shadow on their relationship & Staceys squeaky clean reputation for allowing someone like that into their lives.

Just wondering if the water is actually vodka. All she ever does is giggle. What is she actually giggling about?! I think she’s been on the vino with Hinch who also giggles at nothing. And Joe, will you please detach yourself from that baseball cap. Nobody cares if you’re bald.
 
So basically if Joe hadn’t gotten together with Stacey, he still wouldn’t see his son then. How sad for that poor boy… of course Joe had to get back in touch with him because it would have looked so bad that he had a good relationship with his stepkids and not his son. But it does make sense as to how little we see Harry. I had always assumed until today that he had always seen his son but now I realise he’s only known him for a few years I’m not surprised the kid isn’t on either of their instas much. That doesn’t excuse Stacey not including him, but it does make much more sense that when u do see him he looks uncomfortable as he’s lived most of his life without them. Poor kid.

I find it hard to find Harrys age when contact was reestablished, I read an article from 2020 that said 13 but I think they were speaking about their relationship currently at the time of posting. I think contact was reestablished in 2018 after a court battle so Harry would have been 11?? Not 100%, it's not laid out that clearly.
