Highly unlikely as she paid 300k over the asking price and has spunked untold money on it, plus has added a 30 - 40k extension orangery.

Granted her kids get to sleep in the same house, but at the mercy of volatile livestock and the same lack of colourful educational toys and safeguarding on the Internet.

They've both devalued their properties and upbringing of their kids in equally based ways ways

My youngest didn’t sit til 7/8 months as he LOVED being on his front, he had no time for sitting. He did start army crawling about 6 months but didn’t proper crawl for a couple months after that. My first NEVER crawled and went from sitting - walking. Honestly don’t stress because they are all different. Rose also has mad mick she needs to try crawl away from so she is bound to move sooner than other babies 🤣

I think Rose is quiet early crawling, I wouldn't worry, she'll get there in the end 😍

Please don’t worry, my granddaughter didn’t roll over till she was 9mths old, sat up about 8mths old but was walking at 13mths x
 
I have to be honest, seeing Rose sat on (on!!🙀) the dining table in bunny ears didn’t make me happy in the slightest, let alone as happy as it makes them I should imagine! 😳🤭

Why can’t any of them sit on the things made for sitting on?! Why?! Oh there are so many things to ask why over! Why?! Make it make sense… 🤯😆

Rose is sitting in her Bumbo type chair, you can see the back of her dress all puffed out as it’s covering the seat
 
Is it normal that that babies have such a dirty nails?

Please don’t worry, I used to compare my little lad to Rex all the time but it’s all smoke and mirrors and they all go at their own pace. Your little one will be quicker than Rose with other things I can guarantee it. Enjoy your beautiful baby, it’s a special time and don’t worry about anybody else.
