My experience as being a middle child wasn’t bad. I do tend to be dramatic about it to my parents, but they don’t care (in a nice way)
However, as much as Leighton has been a typical middle child, Rex will also be middle child. To a well awaited, wanted girl. Things will get worse for him and he will be pushed aside and all the times she’s never said no had no decent routine for him, will come back and bite her in the arse

If my husband made me eggs that looked like they'd been chewed up and spat out before he put them on the plate, I'd divorce him.

Thankfully he can do something as basic as frying an egg. Crispy whites are the worst. Has to be whites perfectly cooked and runny yolks here.

She was raised Jewish but doesn’t practice anymore so she’s just culturally Jewish which is why she does the big holidays and nothing else and eats pork. Tbf that’s one of the few things I’m on her side for, being Jewish is more than just the religion it’s a culture for a lot of people so I think fair play staying in touch with it even if you don’t believe in the actual religion.

It is weird about her mother as she use to say how close they were. Didn't she even write a letter to her in the first lockdown as she couldnt see her and she use to help home educate the boys. Very odd. It appears that her sister don't see the mum either as she never mentions her.
