Before I get shot down I am NOT saying that social services should be involved. This does not change the fact that Rex LOOKS neglected, even though he isn’t.
It might not seem like a priority for Stacey and Joe to clean their baby but it’s so important to set a good example in terms of hygiene. That photo is absolutely vile. Keeping your child clean does not mean that you are a boring or uptight parent. It is basic care.
You’re right. If a call came in about a concern for a family/child and Police went to the house and found the child in the state Rex was in on her last story, then concerns would be raised for that child. They would check other things to.. is the house clean and tidy, is there sufficient food in the fridge etc… but that child is filthy and looks look a neglected child.

We are going to get bored to death about this baby girl and everything pink (nursery, clothes, bows) etc aren't we? I so wish it were a boy 🥱😂 the two zelebs fussy about having girls after many boys , SS and Danielle Lloyd have finally got their wish in getting girls finally, now hope they will have a rest!!!!
My friend had 3 boys. Absolutely over the moon to hear their 4th was a girl. Went on a huge “pink” spending spree, pink nursery. Another scan confirmed it was a girl… let’s just say, her “girl” was born was a little something extra attached!!

This. This right here is my biggest peeve! That smile that she thinks is so ditzy and cute. It’s not.

The absolute state of that poor child.

Even if that was how he'd gone to bed, wouldn't you put him straight in the bath in the morning to get him clean, not be lounging around taking photos.

I bet they all absolutely stink. In that photo Rex looks like a kid from the sort of family social services are involved with, where all the kids are not properly cared for, filthy dirty, never have any clean clothes. The toddlers you see on a bus in a buggy covered in bits of old food with a grubby blanket and bottle full of tea.

How can she in any sense think that's acceptable? It's odd because her sister (for all that she's as irritating as a thrush bath) seems to have kids who are usually pretty clean and tidy looking.

As for the hair - I don't think she can do the plaits herself. So she gets them done when filming and just leaves them in for days afterwards. So not only isn't she washing her hair she's not even brushing it! Eww.

Having worked with Social services in the interests of the child and for their protection I can say that child is neglected he might be fed and showered with love but his personal
Care and hygiene is severely lacking, we’ve seen him the next day with a bulging saggy nappy she should be ashamed of herself allowing her child to stay in that state and I’m sorry if that child was asleep when they got home what’s the harm in changing him into clean clothes you can bet she will put him to bed in the same bedsheets he’s slept in last night in that state it’s disgusting. Even the older boys show signs of greasy hair as for herself she’s admitted she’s grubby I personally would be too ashamed to show pictures/ videos of myself or children in that state

I feel absolutely terrible saying this about an innocent child but that video is shocking! Not just food all down his front, the stuff all over his face, the feet of his onesie are rotten and his hair looks wet but it’s clearly grease. Poor thing! I’m all for letting kids get messy and dirty through play but they don’t sit around the house like that in rotten clothes and unwashed. Poor thing.
