So was I when my daughter pulled a cup of tea from the table and burnt her front at her Nans house.
Made to feel like utter tit. And I work as a nurse at the hospital!!!!

I grew up in a council house and now live in a middle class village and personally I think a lot of middle class people look down on council houses and working class people. Unfortunately, a lot of people think council houses/estates are full of people on benefits who know how to play the system and don't work, the under class not the working class. There are lots of examples, look at Madeline McCann, if her parents lived in an estate they'd have been investigated for leaving their children to go for a meal, but they didn't live on an estate and had very middle class jobs so were left alone.

Na it's to make her 'relatable' that's she's so so busy she doesn't have time to wash her hair! I mean how often does she think us 'normal' folk wash our hair once every two week lol the daft thing is she took her wash bag to hospital and now she hasn't washed her hair for three weeks! So is she lying about when she washed it or was she just advertising dove when he poor child was going into hospital

But this is another example that isn’t true. The McCanns wouldn’t have been investigated for leaving their children if they lived on an estate.

discrimination based on background absolutely exists, but it’s structural and subtle.Using examples that are not true (the mccanns/ SS would be investigated by SOcial services if they lived in a council estate, any woman with 3 children with different fathers would be judged if they lived on a council estate but not if they dont) doesn’t really help identify where that subtle discrimination exists. It just looks a bit mad.
 
That's why it's a 'thing' because society has made it so unfortunately...women with multiple children/fathers are viewed in a certain light, whether it's an old fashioned view or not, it still remains whether we like it or not.

Though I will add many people did have a lot to say about Boris Johnson and his affair that's turned into a fairytale marriage because he's a politician too. I don't want to debate it haha, as it was said each to their own.
