The house you'd say looks lovely when you walk past it. But so much to do on it and lots of liabilities. If you're used to a modern house a house like that will never be as comfortable to live in. Theres a good chance the outdoor pool is in a bad state and will cost as much to fix as to put in a new one.

Still it's a great house to buy for content and that's the most important thing on the gram 😆. She'll be able to blag loads of freebies and people love following an interesting Reno.

I said this the other day . These big houses take some upkeep and I don’t mean fancy new kitchens etc. I mean building works. The council tax alone will be expensive. I know people can’t live their lives thinking what if but they need to have an incredible income for a long time to feel secure. I don’t think they’re going to be making good money on insta and presenting forever.

The EPC rating was also poor, I think it was an F if I remember rightly, so the house isn't particularly cheap to run. I don't even want to think about the monthly running costs as it would make my eyes water!
