Sweet potato and multiple different toppings is a "quick and easy breakfast"?? My kids get porridge with some jam mixed into it on a school morning. No chance you would catch me slicing a sweet potato at 7am in the morning. Utterly ridiculous and a great way to make parents feel inferior while trying to act like it's normal. She says "you are enough, you're doing great" etc and then posts all these completely extra lunches and breakfasts. Who has time to decorate their food. Honestly. Rant over

That honestly used to be my favourite breakfast when I was (much)younger , used to look forward to it every morning before school, hateed school of course😂😁(well some classes)

im a bit late but 8:56 they’re walking to school? i’m almost certain school, well lessons, starts at 9am and you need to be there earlier for registration/assembly/etc. no?

Who thinks to toast sweet potato? Why would you ever think to toast sweet potato?

School could be on staggered starts due to covid. Equally they could really late as she says the 10 minute walk has taken half an hour due to Rex walking 🙄

I’d say she posted it when she got back, but this business with R not wanting to go in the buggy so the walk took longer, she’s in trouble if she’s letting him rule the roost already. My daughter is the same age & sometimes going the buggy is just non negotiable, she might cry for a few seconds but big brother goofing about is enough to distract her. Plenty of time for exploring when we’re not in a rush & it’s important they know they can’t always get their own way.

Earlier today she put up a story with Rex eating pizza (now removed) there was a stain on Rex's jumpsuit, I assumed from the pizza - the same stain can be seen in the morning stories before she apparently gave him the pizza. Rex is still wearing the same jumpsuit now playing with the whisk.

Come on Stace, if you want to be an influencer at least get your stories in order (literally) and change your child's clothes at least once per day!!!!!

I really feel for Rex, sometimes he must absolutely stink of dirty clothes and Stacey's armpits!

Ah stop will you, if I changed my kids clothes everytime they got a stain on them throughout the day the washing would be out the door. I've 4 kids and if they get a small stain on their clothes from breakfast or lunch then unless we're heading out somewhere important then sorry its wiped with a baby wipe and they are in those clothes until bedtime. Imagine me changing 4 kids twice a day over a stain they wouldn't have a stitch of clothes left to wear in the house 😂

Sorry I don’t care if wiping a nose causes a meltdown, A snotty face is disgusting And non negotiable in this house 🤢

Yeah I can't do snotty noses here at all, it's getting wiped no matter what level of meltdown is happening

My point being - Rex clearly was wearing the clothes the day before and yet again went to bed in dirty clothes... even you state you change your children's clothing for bed. Rex doesn't have that luxury.

Sometimes you need to step up & be the parent. If they don’t like having their nose cleaned, well tough, they’ll cry for a few seconds & then get over it when they realise it’s a bit more comfortable than pumping snot.
Same with the buggy this morning. Just throw him in & get your kid to school. It’s ok to let kids cry & protest every now & again.
