I felt this video asking Dylan what he would do with the business was almost a dig at the Spud Bros. Dylan said he would have franchised at their peak and his reply was "nah, I would stay local. Stay humble...."

I just watched his live for a few minutes and he cleaned his nose with paper towel while talking to a customer, scratched his head and didn’t wash his hands. Then he was on his phone. So disgusting I don’t understand how people buy from him. There wasn’t any line either so I’m hoping the hype has died off.
