My Mum used to have a saying "eavesdroppers never hear good of themselves" Well somebody should point out to these primadonnas that the same applies to googlers.

And is if these fools don't ever say unkind things about anybody ever.
 
I actually really like the way she comes across. I mean I don’t know her but she seems really genuine and a nice person. But, regarding the weight gain, I think it’s common amongst a lot of the SW instagrammers that the plan is not working anymore. For example itsdaniellesjourney, jsg, swfeebs. Anyone else think this? Maybe the end of the SW Insta obsession.

She used to weigh every Thursday and post.
Doesn’t now.
No mention of why this has dropped off.
I’m sure the majority of her followers follow her for SW.
She’s definitely put a fair bit back on - so far, so normal - they all do in the end. Just need her to admit now that SW is a cult and she’s moving forward without it.’

She’s mentioned it loads of times that she’s not at her lowest etc as her circumstances have changed. When she started she was with the girls dad so spent more time home cooking etc. But now she’s single/ dating ( no idea ) she probably goes out a bit more so she’s not sitting home alone.

I think she’s one of the nicer ones tbh.

I do agree with you she’s one of the nicer ones.
Seems mature, has a job & a lovely daughter. She looks great too. But along with the slinky Jen not really a good advert for losing the weight and keeping it off - the lifestyle change they all bang on about. It is a diet.

She previously said she’s put on just over a stone, she said she’s now 10 stone. I personally think she looks so much better now, much healthier! I do find her a bit over the top and she does love herself a little. I definitely prefer her over other SW accounts, she always seems honest and is lovely with her little girl!

Loves herself a little? A LOT you mean, if she was a bar of chocolate or maybe a tasty SW meal she’d have eaten herself a while back🤣
 
Love Soph I really do, but tonight’s post made me lol. “Best meal I’ve had in ages” in relation to her home made pasta bake. She can’t have thought much about that hello fresh shite that she cooked last night then 😂😅.
 
I can't take her seriously. Esteè Lauder influencer in her bio... and she's trying to promote Rimmel 🤷🏼‍♀️.. Iceland when it's clear she wants to be more Waitrose with her tagged Ted Baker dresses blah blah..she always tags the more expensive items. She will peddle any old shite that gets thrown her way to make a buck. Another who I think is at times rather shifty. Don't forget the egotistical blue tick either!
