I find this weird cos about a month ago or more she was packing all her bags like they were completing in a couple of days. I wonder if the finance company came at the last minute and said they can't accept both of thems dodgy income so they've had to go an apply with another lender.

Who knows at this rate, but it’s exactly why you don’t share anything publicly about a house until the keys are in your hand. It was madness enough she already had people going in to measure up etc
 
I think it probably has/will fall through. Who would even attempt biting a house without a proper income and proof of that income.
 
Sophie's been self employed what now? about a year? and before that bar the brief stint selling PPI recovery at black pearl claims and a few night shifts at silks she's never worked... I don't think any mortgage company would agree to lending based on that...

She had a job for a few weeks through a mate doing marketing at the floor shop, decided she didn’t like being told when to be at work and she had enough experience and went on her own.
I couldn’t go alone until I’d done 10 years and even then questioned if I was ready, and I’ve got a degree.

oh yeah.. I think the job at stories flooring would go against her, not in her favour when applying for a mortgage 😂 shows she can't stick at anything for any length of time which I think would be minus points on a credit risk front 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

I don’t get the house thing. If she would have got a completed house and announced it, I’d actually be quite pleased for her - buying your first home, by yourself, is a huge achievement for anyone. I’d even say that on here.
But this constant bragging about stuff that she hasn’t done, or hasn’t happened yet, or hasn’t worked out makes her look foolish and I’d imagine would be embarrassing for her. When exciting things might be happening, or you have a great idea or a new thing on your vision board, it’s smarter to keep it to yourself. You can “manifest” and “talk things into reality” in your own home but discussing it so openly on a public forum is such a rookie error.
 
They have the same dad those two don’t they? It’s all a bit muddled with that family, can’t remember who’s full of half siblings there’s been that many “dads” 😂
