I know real time and Sophie time are 2 different things but she was not in hospital for a week. Can anyone spot her wedding rings in her new post? Hard to tell with how she’s doing her hair thing with her hand.

So she’s had a shower, gotten dressed & going out for dinner? 1 week in hospital has done the trick

I actually used to think he came across as controlling with some of the things she used to say (when they were together) and how he didn’t want the twins to travel with her etc because it makes him anxious.

Nath seems really nice & like a great dad but he also seems like an absolute bore I get they can drift apart but I also wonder if they were ever a good match.

I'm not sure if boring is the word - she frequently mentioned that he had hobbies, fishing (which he still does with the girls), football, martial arts etc. and that he enjoyed listening to music/attending gigs for example. However these were things Sophie didn't enjoy and so they weren't shown.
I think he spent a lot of time building his business and he was also an active bodybuilder in both weight lifting competitions and the shows.
They still travelled etc as she does with the dentist but, unlike the dentist, travel wasn't the be all and end all.

He didn't drink which is what I think Loaf found annoying. She adopted this persona to fit him when it really wasn't here.

I also don't buy the "the twins couldn't come to America because it makes Nath anxious" story. She knew they were off to Disney, LA and then Coachella. There was no way two six year old children were ruining the fun. Either she has said it won't be suitable for the twins or he has not wanted to let his children spend that much time with someone their mum barely knew, which is a valid concern.

Sophie’s latest Insta vs Reality, what does she think is going to happen once the baby arrives? Your reality is a whole lot more staying at home baby gurrrl, did she forget the babies sleep a lot? Don’t really enjoy going out to fancy restaurants or PR parties, are kind of frowned upon at Coachella? The neck thing has bothered me so much in the past. She has absolutely terrible posture and it's made worse when she is lifting.
