also not sure moving to a 3PL is the brag she thinks it is… came across as sacking all their staff to move to a generic warehouse - couldn’t show any products, didn’t interview any staff. What a boring, pointless video.

other brands do “let’s pack an order with us!” And cachia serves us… this.

EXACTLY - Cutting costs. Will be interesting to see if the current warehouse is listed for rent.

3PL will actually cut into a lot of profit. It’s way more expensive cost wise. Not sure why she’s showing off about it, it isn’t going to increase sales ..and if sales don’t increase to a higher number than what it looks like they are doing now it certainly won’t be worth it. Big risk they are taking..does make me wonder if they may be setting up to sell off or make a major change because they must have sacked a tonne of warehouse staff
