Tim and Jen Tracker are quite a big channel in the states. They vlog all things Disney because they’re very local and visit a lot of the theme parks around them. They had a baby in November 🤔 I think. But basically I think a lot of people think that Sophie and Dave are trying to be them...spoiler alert, they’re NOTHING alike. If you like Disney vlogs or info about Disney or Florida, they’re great to watch. The channel is called Thetimtracker

Just saw the thumbnails on Sophie’s insta.
Firstly, why is she sitting on the floor?!? As a pregnant woman I can think of nothing more uncomfortable than sitting on a hard tiled kitchen floor.
And secondly, a decorating the nursery vlog. What? With the same four items we’ve seen on their social pages for days? Yawn. These two are the epitome of lazy and boring.

I mean tbf I am as pregnant as Sophie and I always sit on the floor still. Perhaps not a hard kitchen one though.

new to the Sophie and Dave thread... I know Dave is an "actor" but like, what is his ACTUAL job? I heard he's been furloughed but from what? Actor's don't get furloughed? Also, watching their Disney vlogs for the first time... Sophie has a bloody cheek criticising the Flight of Passage ride because she did a term at the Disney ICP 😂 she couldn't even get a job at a Disney STORE (which FYI I've worked at before, and it's fairly easy 💁‍♀️)

night shifts in a customer service roll, a position he took about 4/6 weeks before being furloughed.

Seriously though decorating the nursery?
You put 3 overprice Disney prints in frames and a seriously overpriced changing mat on top of some drawers...calm the f**k down love. Be interested to see if she addresses any of the comments on the last couple of videos though
 
I have a feeling he won't return to work. He's said nothing about it on a vlog has he? Wonder if he's just swept it all under the rug and hopes no one will bring it up.
I honestly can't see him going back too because there is no way Sophie will be driving him in every night, newborn baby in tow then being up most of the night with him and then going out again to pick Dave up. It just seems ridiculous and not doable.

I have a feeling they'll announce YouTube is now their 'job' full time due to the promise of more vlogs.

One thing I can't get my head around is that they have no 'get up and go'. There's no ambition, no goals, no future plans for jobs. Dave needs to be out providing for his family, I understand he wants to be acting but realistically he can't do that much at the moment. I've never really understood Sophie's background though, didn't she qualify as a teacher? What happened there?

I did a pregnancy exercise class and some exercises involved us being on our back and I queried it and they said its fine for short periods of time.
All of the advice is mainly against sleeping in your back.

I struggled sleeping on my side and woken up in my back all the time. The midwife said along as you fall asleep on your side and if you wake up on your back just turn over and go back to sleep it's fine.

Yes she qualified as a teacher but said several times it was too much like hard work. So she moved to London to be with Dave and got her first of many, many crappy part-time jobs.

If she had any ooomph she could be a Head by now. But she freely admits she's too lazy to build a career. Do her and her sister actually share the same DNA or do they have different dads? Just can't understand why the two sisters are like chalk and cheese.

Exactly this. She's never been on the bones of her arse buying 13p tins of spaghetti from Lidl. It's always been labels and brands with Sophie. Hopefully the sheep are seeing that her idea of poverty versus the vast majority of the population are very, very different.

This is too true in terms of safety of the baby but of the mother the Midwife always doesn't like it for too long either as it puts pressure on something (I am not v scientific) which can cause you to pass out due to the pressure on it. In scans etc at this late stage I do often get v dizzy and have to ask to sit up if investigations are going on too long.

Basically when you lie on your back in pregnancy the weight of the bump presses on your major vessels (Vena Cava and Aorta) which restricts blood flood to the placenta. It is only a big safety risk when sleeping because it's for a long period of time and it increases the risk of still birth.
It could make you feel dizzy and faint but that's more likely if you already have low blood pressure or something getting up too quick from lying down can do it.

Most pregnant women in the 3rd trimester don't lie on their back because it is generally uncomfortable. If Sophie's not feeling dizzy or uncomfortable then she's fine to lie on her back for a short time occasionally.
 
Looks like she’s going to try and revamp her channel tonight... because one video every nine months is the key to success. 🙄

Why are they trying to create a YouTube routine when her life is about to change so drastically? Surely this will all come to a halt once baby Brown is here and she is surviving on two hours of sleep. It makes absolutely no sense.

Oh that note, Aldi's instant noodles are awesome. About 20p? I have a great career but was out of work for three months last year just after moving house and they were my saviour for a lazy lunch. Not too proud to admit it. Most of us have had periods where we are less comfortable. If your income suddenly slows down you need to be smart. And that isn't a word I would use in conjunction with either of them
