i said the same thing. the timing is too convenient, theyve had this sorted for a while and cried poverty

Very valid point. When I rented a house I had to wait a while to move in. They've definitely had this all planned already, they only uploaded 4 days ago saying fingers crossed. Signed tenancy, had all relevant checks etc and got the keys in 4 days? 🤔

So it's got a garage and is also detached, must be pricey per month.
I have never rented before so not sure how it really works. But it seems quick, they were mentioning that other house with the separated couple only a few days ago but that's not this house.
I smell a rat.
 
Sorry to be personal but i could actually cry at how unfair life is. I've been depressed, filled with anxiety and loneliness for years now because of where I live. I've had nothing handed to me on a plate. I cannot believe these two have been given a house like that. Good things really do happen to bad people, I just hope karma catches up with them and Barney screams all. night. long.

life is really tit at times. Normal peoplewould not have this all work out for them like this, but upload some sporadic videos to YouTube and have life fall in your lap.

This has obviously been in the works for a while because it took them AGES to get approved for the house when they lived in Baskingstoke and all this has gone through in a couple of days.

Well they've hardly been "given" it. They've scammed their way into it. Play the long game, karma will catch them.
 
This house must be at least £1000pcm? I’ve been looking at houses I could rent while myself and my partner sort out our first mortgage (one of us will be relocating so we have no choice but to rent while looking for a house to buy). Houses that look like that are definitely really expensive!! How the hell have they pulled that off with one of them being a minimum wage worker and one being unemployed!?
 
Mummy Belle MUST be a guarantor. How did this go through so quickly?! It's taken me at least month each time I've moved with all the contracts, proof of employment and inventory etc. So dodgy. They are absolute liars and scammers.
I really can't stand them, they seem so ugly to me now.
Also Dave, stop acting life a home gym is gonna solve all of your deep life issues xoxo

I’m really confused as to why people on this thread are crying with jealousy....

they’re throwing yet more money away on rent??
Expecting a baby, both unemployed.
In their 30’s, with nothing but a hire car to their name....

but we’re crying because someone we don’t know owns a nice kitchen? And Sophie and Dave are renting it? With nothing to show at the end but paid rent bills?

Might be petty but I’ll never watch them again now - had enough of them and can’t relate. They don’t deserve the things they have. I’ll keep an eye on this thread though- good luck to them with a baby. They’re gonna need it 😬

Bit rude. Some people aren't in a position to buy. We can't all sell pins for a living. Excuse us for wanting to live in a nice rented house with a kitchen like that.
