Sophie and Dave #12 scrounging 9-5 what a way to make a living

So we all know this is going to last about a week, he needs more help than a fad diet can provide him and should see his GP. They'll probably go until Sophie loses the few pounds she wants to, and then she will get bored and start buying chocolate buttons again and not support him.

Changing the topic slightly, is it not really dangerous for her to be sleeping in the bed while Barney is sleeping in there?

That was my first thought but then I wondered if she was actually asleep or if it was staged like that time Dave filmed her "waking up" from a nap...

I'm not against cosleeping but if you're going to do it, do it safely! My midwafe and health visitor went through it with me multiple times even though we don't cosleep but then if we ever did we knew what to do and what not to do.
 
I was made redundant from my job yesterday, we got the news that we were shutting last Saturday and this week has been a mad rushing applying for everything and anything. I've been accepted for a job at Tesco tonight and have a final interview for a 9 to 5 job tomorrow.

I've been quite lucky in that I'll get a decent pay out and have already found work, but other people in work are literally out on their ear.

I think it's criminal Dave and Sophie are allowed to get away with this way of life. It's not the way I would want to life, I think they are pathetic pigs, but to see so many people I know genuinely terrified, while these two swan around doing shopping hauls makes my blood boil.

I think I might actually hate them haha

Sorry to hear about the redundancy! I’ve been made redundant twice in the last 6 years and it sucks big time. Managed to find work both times within a week or so though. I’m not saying it should be the same for everyone but good for you, getting straight on it 😊
Shame these idiots have no work ethic between them!

IT makes me so blooming angry. My grandson who has learning disabilities was working at Gatwick Airport as an aircraft groomer. He was made redundant but he has applied for any job we think he can do. He even paid to do a security guard course which unfortunately he failed. He is so desperate to work but these lazy so and so,s just sit on their backsides waiting for money and things to come rolling in.
 
Dave needs to pack in the calorie counting, the blag fake Aldi sun bites and the cauliflower rice. In the nicest way possible he’s better off making an appointment with his gp with a view to weight loss surgery. He’s not in “could lose a couple of stone before holiday” category, he is super morbidly obese and if he carries on will be facing serious life limiting health problems in the next ten years. He’s clearly got some deep rooted issues with food and I honestly don’t think he’s got it in him to lose the 12/13 stone he needs without some sort of surgical help.

Your grandson sounds like he has a better work ethic than these two idiots have ever or will ever have. Something will come along for him. It's such a difficult time for finding work just now.

People are genuinely out there struggling to find work and make ends meet and these morons put out a ten minute shopping haul and act as if they both have full time jobs.
 
So the vlogs have been tit because Dave is overweight? I don't really understand what they are on about. They have all the time in the world to meal plan and exercise, neither of them work. How many people do this whilst working full time and looking after children? Basically, they are so bored because they do nothing all day (except film a lousy 10 minute vlog) that they just eat to pass the time. Maybe if they got some structure to their lives like Dave getting even a part time job and Sophie taking Chip/Barney on walks to the park or something, they'd feel better. They need to stop feeling sorry for themselves.
