Do you know what would solve the problem.. having a job and having to wear a uniform 5 days a week - just saying 🙄🙄
By the time I get home I'm straight in my pjs and the weekends I mix up what I already have.
My son has to wear a school uniform now and I'll be honest I'm gutted I haven't had to get as many 'home clothes' for him 🤦🏻‍♀️

I get how Soaf is feeling regarding dressing after having a baby, i went through the same thing but her obsession with losing weight is so damaging. She only had Barney 3 months ago. If she's wanting to change up her style and drop the pink florals then there's sooo many mum influences out there she can take inspo from instead of ordering that stupid box which was absolutely awful.

I lived in floaty dresses like she has hundreds of when I had my son .. it’s only been since he’s been 1 that I’ve started to make an effort to shift the baby weight and that’s mainly because I want to be in the best shape to try for our second .. she could wear those long dresses, tights and boots and a jacket and that would be fine - hides the mum tum and not too clingy .. !

I do feel for her but I feel like she is quite vacuous and has an obsession with looks and how she looks .. it’s a bit worrying

Yes the last paragraph you wrote is definitely her all over. She's nearly thirty, she doesn't need to be worrying about whether 30 somethings can wear pink, it's ridiculous. Instead she should be worrying about her skillset, what she can offer an employer in the future, the work ethic she and Dave will be showing to Barney etc. Actual real issues that they will both encounter in the future.

I would be fuming if my partner quit his job to sit around doing f**k all. I admire people for their work ethic so whenever I look at these two I just think what a match made in heaven. People are struggling and have been since March and she's concerned about her clothes. I'm not a mum yet but I come from a big family and my mum used to and still does make sure the little ones have all the clothes and shoes they need! She very rarely buys herself something new but I guess poor Barney is an accessory for them who can earn them some money. He's such a lovely little boy too. I feel bad for the poor thing.

For many months I wore baggy tops and leggings after I had my son as I didnt feel comfortable how I looked and felt, so I can understand that she may want some new clothes (her body shape may have changed). Her problem is, she comes across in the vlogs that she is spending their money (which they clearly can't have much) on expensive clothes, where as Barney and Dave have about 5 outfits each. She is the kind of person that spends money on expensive items when their income doesn't match the price tag. There are lovely clothes in supermarkets that are more reasonable in price.

Also they don’t go anywhere at the minute so nice new PJs should be enough - who is going out there wearing floaty dresses at the minute? All my “nice clothes” are redundant and I keep cycling through my comfy leggings and jumpers. Same for all my colleagues, on zoom calls we are all now wearing hoodies when normally we would wear business clothes in the office. Barney needs clothing first, she can buy nice clothes once they start earning again. Their house has a clear hierarchy: Soph, Chip, Barney, Dave. Dave’s legs much be getting chilly these days. Where are his trousers?

As much as Dave does my head in... good on him for saying that Barney having red ( ginger ) hair is not a bad thing. Horrible comment from Sophie “ oh no barney” or some tit like that when she’s yet again sooooooo shocked he had red hair when saved beard and pubes are red,.. and Dave is Scottish. Stupid cow hope her little girl is ginger too and I hope Barnet’s hair stays that colour!!

Barney's hair colour is beautiful! She should count her blessings she was able to get pregnant and have such a lovely baby.

She is also obviously unaware that ginger is a recessive gene so both her and Dave need to have it to have for Barneys hair to be ginger

She’s a bleeping idiot. My niece and nephew are both ginger and they’re gorgeous kids.

If she didn’t want a ginge kid then why did she get with Dave? Should have picked a brown hair and eyed bloke instead. Having said that, I assumed my son would be brown hair and blue eyed as both his dad and I are but when he was born, next day the nurse said she’d show me how to bath him. My ’dark haired’ baby went into the bath and what came out was like Orville the duck. His hair was snow white fluff when we dried him off ( SO cute!). Only that I’d not let him out of my sight since birth I’d have thought he was switched 🤣 Turned out his dad was white blond as a child too. My son’s hair has darkened a lot, it’s now between dark blonde and brown. Regardless, I couldn’t have cared less what colour hair he had once he was healthy and happy 🤷‍♀️
