No they tend not to shave areas for surgery now as it increases risk of post op infection. If skin prep is needed its done on the table so its close to " knife to skin" time

I’d have thought most surgeons wldnt do a revision until the original surgery had completely healed? Also, didn’t follow his post op instructions. He’s a walking contradiction going for sunbeds then getting work on his face. Skin will be like leather in a few years so what’s the point
