Correct there’s no such thing as a parent way to parent but I’d say there’s ways you can actively not do it very badly. Like actually seeing them, not doing things on the internet that may result in your teenager getting bullied (we know what they’re like!) and announcing that you want to kill yourself when that child is at an age where they might take it personally, I think I would have!
