Felt very sorry for Janelle on the finale, she just seemed to have had her world turned on its head and then picked herself up and moved on. She was happy and the Kody destroyed it, bet this was when Merry realised that Kody was a one woman man now.
think her new friend was helping her get some self confidence and be more like Janelle in realising that they are both capable women and can and have got on with life without Kody as he was busy with Robyn and her boring children and Christine’s I need support fest.

I've just come on to post about that, it doss seem quite quick, although the series is a year or two behind, so I guess she could have been with him a while. I hope it all works out for her, it's good that she's got someone who loves her for her

Sorry haven't read back but am new to this though am on season 9, Kody gives me the ick big time, funny how you watch and like, then your views change, I never liked Robyn, I liked Meri to start with, but have to ff her scenes now, she's always crying! Christine used to annoy me, but just reading the post above, good on her for finding someone who just wants her, and Janelle has gone too!
 
Right I'm all caught up, season 17 was a hard watch, but really showed krudys true colours!
He really isn't interested in his kids when they get older, didn't have a bedroom for Truley in his massive house, didn't go to Ysabels surgery ( sure he would of if it was one on Sobins kids) and poor Gabe .
Think he said it all when he says nothing scares me but poverty (he only wanted his wives for the money they brought in) and says ' I'm a polygamist, it's all ego baby ' that's probably why he was soo pissed Christine and Janelle left HIM!! (don't know or care about Meri!) Oh and when he said The sacrifices I made to love you, wasted, like a knife in the kidney's, he makes me so:mad::mad:


Any recommendations for something else to watch now 😄

It's not a reality show, but have you watched big love? The boxsets are on sky and you ses so much of the Brown's in the show.

I've watched that, and like you say, it's quite similar stories, I really couldn't imagine sharing a man and having sister wives, id rather be on my own with aload of dogs!!!
