I know the biological dad was arrested for something, but I do wonder how he felt about how he was talked about on the show. Part of me has always wondered if Meri was manipulated into divorcing Kody, especially with how he’s treated her ever since

I think she was and I've also never understood why after adopting the kids, he didn't divorce Robyn and legally marry Meri again.
 
I think Meri and Kody were divorced before Meri was catfished. Even if Meri did cheat, I’m not sure that gives Kody the right to be as nasty as he has been. He tells her to leave whilst saying they’ll build her a house out on their land. He says there’s a double standard in plural marriage (which is really polyamory) that he can’t leave, but in previous series the wives have said he can leave if he wants. He just wants to be with Robyn, but couldn't.deal with people saying I knew it if he cut ties with Meri and Janelle. The joke is if he did leave them, the show was cancelled people would soon put the family to the back of their minds. The problem is he and Robyn like the money and being in the public eye. I think things could change when Kody’s mum dies.
 
Just watched the latest episode
Kody blaming Christine for his terrible relationships with his children !
With Children you get back what you put in he never makes the effort but expects Christine to make that all ok !

He then said truely was 10 years old and Christine corrected him as she’s actually 11 🙄

I think he’s a very nasty and Angry man and without the cameras around I think he would have been even worse to Christine he was bad enough to her !!

I love that Christine has left him she comes across as a very kind and giving person she literally brought up all the kids and Janelle
at least recognises it and loves her for it !

He doesn’t care about any of the kids except Robyn’s kids it’s disgusting behaviour and now the other kids are older they have seen it for themselves!

He didn’t know how old Ysabel was at her leaving party. I wonder if he only knows how old Robyn‘s kids are.

I find it telling that a vast majority of the older kids have moved away. Surely you would want to stay close if it was all one big happy family like the previous series tried to portray.

Robyns kids come across like brats, the comments one of the older girls made in the RV "it's a tiny bath", "is this where the dogs will sleep?" 🙄 vile!

Both Kody and Robyn are absolute dickheads but I hope they don't cancel the series 🤣

I noticed that with her daughter and I thought was a horrible snidey comment to make.
I also thought it was telling when he said that he’d like Truely to stay over at his and he meant Robyn’s house, what about Janelle‘s house?
 
I'm currently watching episode 10 and I've had to resist the urge to throw my laptop! Robyn needs to get a bleeping grip, mourning for the family culture and her last hope dying. If her kids have a healthy relationship with a future partner(s) then it'll be a miracle, she is unhinged and they are around her 24/7 😬

They basically put Christine on trial and just vented at her and she just sat there looking like she didn't care 🤣 god it riled him so much 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
 
Im behind on episode 7. He infuriates me, he moans that Christine didn’t ask him if she could leave him, you don’t get a choice mate! He seems to have a bee in his bonnet that his wives must consult him, when they only live is a couple 2-3 days a week if that why should they.

it was clear when he married Robyn she was the favourite wife.
 
He just didn’t care when he was courting Robyn and poor Christine had just had truely or was pregnant
He then went on a really long honeymoon with Robyn when Christine had just given birth !! Can you even begin to imagine how that would feel !
Christine was just expected to get on with it and any jealousy is the wife’s fault !
I’m so glad Christine has left you could see how much it hurt her when Cody wouldn’t go to Isabelle’s surgery and then she realised actually I’m strong and I can do this !
I’m so pleased for her I really am !
