How would you know how long any yoga teacher has been practicing though? I mean we know because she's shared her training etc- but pick any other yoga studio anywhere and classes are usually €20+ at least- and you'd have no idea if it was a recently qualified teacher, or someone with years of experience.
(totally agree she's a chancer doing these classes at all btw! I'm assuming she has her own insurance etc?)

Number of hours training is usually shared.

My yoga teacher did 2000 hours and spent 2 years training in India. Her bio also doesn't even mention the downdog app if you can believe it.

I think out of all the teachers I have ever gone to, I knew their training time and hours. I also had one teacher who was new but not as new as Siobhan quite blatantly say that she was new to teaching and offered really discounted classes - I'm talking 5 euro. Like, maybe covered the cost of the space rental.
 
Sure if she could have gone at the start of the week with them she defo would have. There is some sort of insecurity about letting them go there without her in tow. They appear to be close. But defo tensions at times. It's a weird dynamic. Like lol the brother hardly seems to go. Damn that 9 to 5 job shackling him to the workplace hahaha.

Couldn't dump her fast enough on her auld pair. Shell drink herself into another blackout (and ruin another all white outfit like she destroyed the 200 euro one from marbs) then be in the horrors tomorrow so her folks will have to keep Caiscais all day tomorrow too....

I have a saying that I stick by.

All the small things are really the big things. This is very telling from Shiv.
