Because we're a few months in and still waiting for a direct mission statement backed by a clear process that helps clients by using this app. I mean if I as a professional want to sh1t can a tried and trusted industry method, I'd want to be saying "and here's what I DO offer, and here are some results as proof" to be in anyway credible as a professional.

What's the SIP USP Siobhan? Who can vouch for it? What exactly is the measure of results for paying clients, and who can evidence it?
