Does she fake what time she posts at? Story says 6am but the story was posted sometime at 8am. I know if you don't have signal the story will upload when it establishes an internet connection but considering the pic is in her house with a time stamp why would it not instantly upload.

Did Beg pull out of the Manchester apartment purchase? And is that why Shiv is so desperate to go through with it despite not having a roof over her own (or her child’s head). I actually very much doubt that she is able to go through with this purchase tbh, as it’s extremely difficult to buy a property in another country , let alone someone with such a precarious financial situation as this clown has. My prediction is it’s all a lie and an attempt to flex on Sinead. The irony is, if it is actually true, then she’s a total sap to buy a property as an investment at all time high prices when she wants to save for a deposit herself (again allegedly)

I don’t fully understand the process (I only got 499 points in my leaving cert) but I think she put down an initial deposit, that’s what her and Begs were celebrating, and now she has to get the actual mortgage on it! So what she was trying to sell on was the initial deposit! As it’s an investment property the process is different to a regular mortgage, I think it’s a REIT investment

Just thinking back to the amount of money she has pissed away over the last wee while. The furnace must have been doing really well. It seems like the most stupid decision in closing it down. You could have easily rejigged it to include the yoga stuff as an add on. Use it to sign more people up down the line just find it so bizarre if it was doing so well that you would just close it down to start up a new business that is basically the same (spreadsheets, terrible videos, terrible advice etc but now with yoga)
