as if its just another "completed it mate" to add to her list. I don't like wishing bad on anyone but jesus I hope when she goes through it she has every symptom in the book and its the worst time for her. Am just starting on my own peri journey and I am struggling with a lot of it

Lol she's such an arrogant prune! She says she completed courses but no proof of it. Any way we can obtain what she's actually qualified in? Surely there's regulations regarding being able to coach without qualifications etc...

Just the action of her seeing a financial advisor indicates someone told her she needs to wake up and prioritise the security of her daughter. And that person was probably Ned and his family. She would never have gone if someone did not put her up to it.
I think she absolutely hates Clongriffin. There is none of the fake fawning like she was at in GCD. She has to drive about 6km to get a picture outside in the morning the dope. She was avoiding the wake up call and has been forced into seeing a financial advisor who delivered some serious home truths.
I actually see her going back to Rivervalley as part of that very shortly.

unfortunately some of these qualifications are piss poor in terms of course content and also often a small test on the last day is all you need to pass.
like said already in this thread. education is one thing but experience and continued research is what differentiates the good from the bad. siobhan is firmly in the bad camp. she will jump from
bandwagon to bandwagon to get whatever she can. she has no hands on experience with anyone.

She didn't complete it!?! She left all the course material behind because she couldn't be arsed travelling with it. Then asked on her stories if anyone had it that she could borrow so she could complete it!
It's a pretty well accepted accreditation in the industry, but I'd put money on her not completing it

like imagine if she revealed a coach who she was working with on furnace who... SPECIALISES in perimenopause or menopause or pregnancy etc. etc.
Her ego wouldn't allow it she has to be the authority on everything which is why she falls down in SO many areas and her knowledge on topics is so surface level and basic in her reels/content.

I find it hard to listen to advice re peri menopause from someone with zero lived experience
telling women it doesnt have to be so difficult

i see the effort she has made to professionally promote her business but she struggles to have empathy, compassion or connection

Oh she has pissed me off so much with her talking about menopause and perimenopause. It is very true that it's recommended that people going through menopause do weightlifting exercises but her program is the worst that you could possibly do.
Imagine you're a woman in your late 30s early 40s it doesn't have much or any experience of weightlifting. You sign up to her program and all you're given is this:
You then have to come out of that section of her website and go to the section with the exercise videos and choose your exercises from the list which looks like this:
You have to find your exercise watch the video and then go back to see what your next exercise is.
I worked with a trainer before who had an app and it was amazing. You log the time you arrive at the gym, do your exercise, log the weights that you used, and the amount of reps that you do. The videos showing how to do them were right there. There was no confusion and no hassle. I could even record myself doing an exercise and upload it to the app for him to check my form.
She was talking just today or yesterday about how good it was to log the weights that she was using so that she can see how she's improving. It must blow her mind at most trainers have apps that allow their clients to do this very easily.
If anyone out there is new to weight training and would like to do home workouts, I recommend Leanne's program. It's 20 quid a month and she talks you through the exercises and does them with you in a class. She is so motivating I've been using her program for about a year now.

When she was pregnant she said something along the lines of not being educated enough to advise women on training thru pregnancy and she was fact checking before she did anything. ( googling until she found advice she wanted to hear)
She’s probably realised she’s not marketed the oven to menopausal women yet. Another group of hormonal vulnerable people she can prey on.
Trained/studied/educated/ qualified in her terms means googled/read a book.

For someone who claims to be a well educated professional, I have yet to see any proof of her supposed education besides her leaving cert
People like her are so dangerous. They pray on vulnerable people and exploit them and ultimately leave them off worse .
She uses buzzwords like mindset and gratitude to con people.
I honestly feel so bad for that child.
