I found the workouts! This is the workout she gave me for week 4. These were home workouts as the gyms were closed.

The little box marked training on the spreadsheet is where you told her about your training that week. She never asked about reps or weights or anything like that.

Here is the spreadsheet that is filled out weekly. This is the only one on one contact you have with her. Although I did it for 2 months and I think she only reviewed my sheet once. The rest of the time it was Corey and Aoife I think.

It's actually appalling how little effort she makes and equally barely mentions or praises the coaches keeping the dying embers of the Furnace alive. She floated along doing sweet FA for too long. Cannot believe she is still charging people who probably think for that price that they are getting 1:1 coaching and check-ins from SOH.

Can I ask, seeing as she emphasises mindset being the USP... What tools or coaching are you given in this regard when it comes to your diet across the 12 weeks? Seeing as she seems to have an aversion to tailoring meal plans to clients? Genuine question here as I just don't see how her "be unrestricted" ethos works for people struggling with their weight

You are given a calorie allowance to start then over the weeks she introduces a protein and fat target. She doesn't look at what you eat just these three things. You can eat what you what. Someone asked in the WhatsApp group about not hitting the protein target so should they go over calories in order to hit it and she said no - the priority was calories but they should adjust their diet to fit all three.

I think it may have been the two tone blue and red blocks. 😂😂

I'll be honest - at the time I liked her. We are talking early 2020 and I had only been following her for a few months. I lost my work overnight and was bored at home so decided to join the program as the gyms were closed. I was hoping for more accountability though!

Huh but didn't she say in a recent email she thinks home workouts are a waste of time!

How did she come across in your one to one…professional and prepared or unprofessional?

Never had a one to one with her. You sign up and fill out the questionnaire, she sends you back your calorie target and access to the program where you find the rest. After that, you send her the spreadsheet every week and you get a few lines back with encouragement or advice from her or one of the team.

It is all cut and paste - nothing is tailored to the client, except the calorie allowance. Even the fat and protein targets I had to work out myself using a formulate she gave me. I think the fat was your kg in weight = your fat allowance in g. So if you were 55kg you could have 55g of fat.

She's such a scammer. Hideously lazy!!

How can she justify the price point she is at for a spreadsheet with no interaction!!? It's insane that people pay that without doing the due diligence.

So you never even had a zoom call with her??
I started with a PT during a lockdown, and we did zooms, she showed me the exercises, talked me through how to do my measurements correctly.
You get none of that?

Nope! I think she might do group Q&A now but definitely no one on ones. I'd say it takes her about half an hour to do the first email and then after that, it takes her no more than 5-10 minutes a week to review the spreadsheet.

That’s crazy. All calories aren’t equal, some are nutritious, others are actively bad for your health. So I could eat 4 mars bars a day and a protein shake and that’d be fine by her as long as I kept within my calorie allowance. Just goes to show that she has no actual interest in her clients health, which I would have thought was a prerequisite for a PT…

It’s so rich coming from her about before and after pics being so toxic given she built her following on them. How many times has she posted her own ones….. literally 50,000 times 🤣 back in the day it was every post. Coming after actual trainers who actually have clients they care about and who do well and they want to celebrate results? It’s a no from me

Ok so here is some of the mindset info. On the website, you could also see videos of her saying the same thing but really fast with lots of teeth sucking. Honestly, it was horrendous - she needs to employ a speech coach to teach her how to present properly.
