The irony in her posts 😂😂.

What content does she consume with different views than her? Anyone that challenges a view of hers is blocked then “mocked” by her trying to be funny and falls on her face 😂.
Anyone remember that time they tried to “debate” the trained psychologist over that idiotic colour theory.

I really do think she's on a downward spiral. I do think she's realised the Oven is on it's last legs and she can't compete with the up & coming (or already established) fitness & nutrition coaches out there.
She comes across arrogant and opinionated, and has to be the centre of attention in all scenarios- a sure sign of massive insecurities.
Her former 'friends' are all moving on with life- settling down, having babies, developing their careers.
Here we have Shiv, looking like a leftover from a 3 day festival with frazzled hair, dodgy complexion/skin pallor and portraying a lonely life consisting of training alone, eating shite and drinking daily. How inspirational...
She really needs an intervention- both personally and professionally. She needs to accept and take on board constructive criticism and advice for both her personal and professional life or it's all going to go pear shaped.
 
2 huge nuggets of information this morning.

1) She views people with different opinions as stupid or evil. NO adult at her age does that. Most of us learn that early on in our 20s.

2) She won't take her teeth whitening strips off on the street because she is afraid she looks like a weirdo yet she will do it on her stories to an audience of 150000 followers or in the back of taxis.

She's gone so far off the dark side with her life in front of the camera she can't distinguish what is real and what's not. It's all real Shiv.

That will never happen - Siobhan can’t block people in reality like she can do on the gram.
It’s pretty obvious people have tried and stepped in to help her - but she dosnt see anything wrong because her life is associated with drinking and living a life that’s the equivalent of a permanent holiday.

Then you have “friends” like Sinead - who know she’s basically a functioning alcoholic then decide to gift them a bottle of tequila for their birthday. It’s a sad reality of fakeness of Instagram.

All very true. However it all confirms what we're all saying/seeing. She's created this little online 'bubble' where she can do no wrong because she feels she only has to answer to herself- and she makes up bullshit reasoning to 'excuse' her shite, lonely lifestyle.
Her attempts to show her amazing social life/friends usually involves her sticking her phone in peoples faces on nights out, or making a show of herself doing daft dances that my 15yr old wouldn't be seen dead doing! She thinks people sharing her dancing moves etc is a way of them saying 'Here's this mad Irish lass- isn't she hilarious' when in reality they're more likely sharing it with the intention 'Here's this mad Irish lass, isn't she a sad bastard'!
She makes friends and clings like a limpet to them (who can forget London last summer- stalker season!) but they appear to either go out of their way to avoid her (Diren, James, Olima etc) or met her for the very odd lunch (fliss etc) She doesn't appear to have anyone she can actually call a friend. Sinead was probably the closest she's ever had to one, but even she got fed up of being tit upon after giving her multiple passes on public rudeness/derogatory comments to her.
 
She looks horrendously unwell and unhealthy, spots or no spots. Not unwell as in bit of a cold, but intervention-needing unwell. You cannot treat your body like tit, which is undeniably what she does because it 100% shows on the outside, over a sustained period and expect to get away with it or fix it with some useless gummies. How she can still peddle the Furnace and claim to be a health/fitness/mindset professional is beyond belief.

It makes you wonder why she never spends too long with family or people she’s known pre-Insta ‘fame’. Maybe they’ve tried to stage an intervention and she’s dismissed it as unsolicited. I guess it’s much easier be on your own or in an echo chamber of other Insta idiots. Whatever is going on it’s clear that she’s almost unrecognisable from Shiv of a few years ago, both looks and personality, and it’s really uncomfortable to watch.

Exactly - I’d rather live my 9-5 life with my small circle of trusted friends. Then pretend online for 150k people that I’m doing fine when I’m on a downward spiral.
The fact they openly mock her in videos and she just usually laughs thinking she’s in on the joke. Rather than her being the joke.

The whole friendship with Sinead never made any sense to me. Seemed like it was just transactional and all for show.But she was the closest thing to a proper friend. Then whatever happened with the passport - there has been something said. Sinead was in Dublin and Siobhan chose to stay in with her family then go out drinking…. Pretty clear that the friendship is dead.

Whinging about her skin and then rubbing her grubby hands all over it after blaming it on the boxing gloves! The bacteria that floats around the air is the same bacteria that are on ur gloves ye dope! The reason ur skin is in bits is because your lifestyle is in bits
