It shows what a lack of curiosity she has. She has all this free time in one of the most interesting cities in the world and she just roams around the same patch of Clapham Common.
 
I am going to guess that Jordy was her guest she served cremated chicken to from last night & she told him she would eat the leftovers tomorrow.

Why not send it privately to him, whys she having to flex it on her story that she potentially got some action at 34... 😅

Agree with the "training" commentary, when she's essentially just exercising daily, something most able bodied people will do. Outside of the rolling around with BJJ, and her morning yoga, she doesn't seem to attend gym classes or do much individual gym work, so "training" is her exercise input. Same as usual with her, Siobhan has to try elevate mundanity.

There's a reason why she doesn't get past the initial beginner part of any hobby she takes up; is it because she's afraid to enter competitions and "fail" in her eyes? Or she actually doesn't have the required skill, and will always stay at beginner level? Something tells me she doesn't like the idea of competing against other women, and not being best in class.

I feel a "doing something for the love of it" style email on the cards, if she reads here 👀

Me and @ James smith you know my mate James,. My really good pal James “who definitely doesn’t laugh about me in the group chat” Smith told me to do no gi & is the sole reason I get up at 3AM to do BJJ now xxx

She has duck all ideas of her own. Moving to London wasn’t her idea. BJJ was to impress James, now no gi to also impress James.

Side note maybe he was saying no to her stinking unwashed gee.

Also why does she wish she listening to him in 2018, she clearly went to a class back then and must not have liked it enough to keep going? Fair enough she might like it now, but if you didn't like something back then why regret?
If he told her not to wear fake tan she would listen!

The market in Dalston used to have a stall selling balaclavas back when I lived near there in the 2000s (entertained me and all my northern irish visitors no end) might be worth a visit for her poor cold face 🤣 Go explore Shiv - it would be more interesting than another amazon delivery..
