I’m all for rescuing puppies. But Steph just said ‘we are here til the 24th to find it a good home that we can then visit’
How many time have you visited or even mentioned Chimmi, the last dog you took it, gained its trust & then left. Steph & Siobhan both do this. Pick the dog up for the gram, gain some brownie points by feeding it/taking to vet & just when the dog has trusted you - duck it off to someone else

How do they know the dog doesn't belong to someone where they are? Was it not wearing a purple collar when they first found it?

As said above, it was wearing a collar.
Also, they had branded puppy dog food, in a pouch written in English.
Do they just carry around dog food??

I think they bought the collar and added it after they picked it up on the side of the road and rescued it used it for content.

It looks like they just took the puppy for insta content but not one of them will stick around to give that poor dog a home they have such disregard for the country they all call 'home'.
