Between that and this post, I reckon the poster who thought it was more likely that Sinead had bought into an investment in a building/ strata plan / rather than one actual apartment bought via mortgage was correct.
Even if you are a cash buyer, you can’t turn around an investment like that in 24 hours.

What bank in the UK would give a mortgage to two dopes living in Bali, making money off teeth whitening ads and "coffee thoughts" on insta? And Shiv was "invested" on a whim overnight so clearly hasn't been underwritten.

I would have believed Sinead bought an apartment alright as she is much more successful but her affiliation with Shiv means that is likely fictional aswell.

Why do AIB block her card for transactions like Audible? I would have thought that was a reputable transaction! Or does she have something set up that she needs to approve everything going out of her account in which case she needs to reply Y each time
