She said the other day that she had no credit on her phone when out walking. I'd say she tops it up by the bare minimum and calling AIB would be much cheaper through Skype than her mobile.

The way she goes on about AIB proves she hasn’t a clue how businesses work. Her bank issues are her own doing, I live abroad as well and while I now have a primary account here because it makes most sense, had no issues with my account for the first year. At least she is acknowledging they’re underresourced, you’d swear the way she goes on she thinks she’s a VIP customer and her money and time is so much more important than everyone else’s. She should thank her lucky stars because I know a few small business owners who spend actual chunks of their days on hold with banks and shipping. You have to be a special kind of hole to come on and publicly slate a bank/business in front of a large following.
