I’m in Bali now, and that price is definitely pre covid. My friend just moved to a new two bed villa paying 8mill a month and I have a two bed house (no pool) for 5mill a month
Area there is nice, convenient and near things if it’s on the same street as Amolas there’s not much traffic but a looooot of construction around there which puts most people off tbh
