Also is it just me or does it look like Gem has photoshopped the pic of herself outside? The cobbles look wonky and her oversized shirt seems more…fitted. She’s tiny really so I don’t know why she would feel the need to? But definitely looks altered?

Also let this be know she’ll wear the tiniest outfit with her whole belly out during this festival she’s going to but now she’s making videos saying she’s gona be so flared up and her stomachs gonna be sooooo bloated. I have never seen someone lie as much as this girl honesty. Pathological liar
 
I have every sympathy for people truly suffering with endometriosis but a read of those comments would make you despair.... Illiterate idiots talking about "medical gaslighting" and complaining about having to wait a year for an appointment as if there aren't people waiting longer on cataract and scoliosis surgery.
A lot of them seemingly annoyed they were told to use contraception when that "only masks" symptoms. Why not just mask your symptoms until such time you can treat the cause with a laproscopy?

Lot of issues with bias and women in healthcare etc, but drives me mad when I see this resistance to the pill etc from these woo merchants. Doesn't suit everyone, but for many women it's the best option. And "masks" symptoms as in...manages them? Surgery is not without risk either, and the usual approach with many things medical tends to be to go with the least invasive first and then scale up as necessary. If managing hormones via medication makes you feel better, then brilliant! But wouldn't fit in with the whole Instahun manifestation/meditation/all natural lies.

Completely agree, lots of issues with women's health care here and my heart goes out to those truly suffering and awaiting a diagnoses.
The issue with begarty was she yapped on that she was actually diagnosed with it in bali even tho she was out ALL the time, came home we didn't hear a peep about it then all of sudden she was saying she's going private to the ulster clinic to get surgery and made a whole thing of that about having to get things removed.....few weeks later she cancels her surgery for holidays.....nope sorry but if I had a serious medical Condition impacting my everyday life, knowing the waiting lists are so long I'd cancel my own honeymoon to get that bloody surgery.
It's scary how she actually influences people, how they hang on her every word, lap up every lie she tells and iv no doubt she's had a brainwave as to how to make money of such an illness. She's vile

Feel the same! Hard to watch and see her as authentic. Maybe my own bias against her, but also...just doesn't seem to make sense.

I’m not sineads biggest fan but I really can’t agree with yous on the whole holiday scandal.. she either cancelled her holiday and lost her money or she postponed the surgery, I think she made the sensible choice. If she cancelled on the holiday yous would all say she did the wrong thing doing that too, at least make your criticisms make sense 🙄
