Sorry what??? Is this for real?
Yep. Sadly it’s true. It’s been mentioned a number of times on these threads. She said it on her stories before. Heard it with my own ears.

I wanted to look at the comments on the podcast but I see they’ve been turned off
Think Someone posted screenshots of them on the Siobhán O’ Hagan thread.

If it wasn’t so serious of a topic it would almost be funny, I think she’s very dim if she genuinely believes that. Aside from the fact that it’s insulting to so many it’s also dangerous to be spreading such misinformation… I’m trying to figure out if she is malicious or stupid and I’m landing on the latter I think….

Queen Nicole is on a rant on Instagram about being called out over her needless drama about the breakup with the boyfriend 🙄 she was caught cheating she got dumped that’s life! She spent forever this morning talking about her visions she gets great for her but she does keep going on about all this trauma if it’s that personal and distressing get off your phone and do what you need to doView attachment 632329 q. I don’t agree with faceless trolls but to be fair they kind of had a point too! I don’t think they were consumed with anger at all I think more pointing out she’s coming across like a dope!!
I get that we all use bad language...but to actually call people 'You crazy fucks' 😡😡😡 with her platform and followers. It's downright scummy and cheap and abusive behaviour. But that just my opinion 🧐🧐

Let’s not forget. The Begarty also claims that cancer patients manifest the cancer in to their body/lives.

Zero sympathy.
I recently was recommended the book ' you can heal your body' by louise hay and in the opening chapter she gives a background on how she manifested cancer into her life. After being sexually abused, she put alot of negative energy into hating herself and when she was diagnosed with cancer of the vulva she believed she manifested it.
For me reading something like this I try to see the writers POV but I also have more wisdom of the world to know that this isn't why people get cancer 😏 the book goes on to basically discuss ho manifestation of negative energy can cause other ailments etc which I'm very open to and I take it on board but I find sinéad takes everything at face value and decides yes this must be true I read it in a book. It's reckless on her behalf as she has a lot of younger followers. It's like reading 50 shades of Grey and telling her followers that that's how sex and relationships should be just because she read it in a book 🤷‍♀️ and each to their own no judgement 🤣but it's not the whole picture, which in my opinion she fails to give. Going back to her saying people manifest cancer.. Explain where you got that from, explain the context in which it was wrote and maybe then she'd come across more 'woke' or well read in which she can argue her agreement or disagreement about a topic as such but instead she comes across as uneducated and reckless.

This. She never critiques anything. The most I've heard her say is she didn't really like a book or it's boring which isn't even a critique, it's an opinion. She has seemingly read so many books with different theories now she must be able to have a balanced discussion of the and pros and cons of each, how some contradict the other, objective and subjective content, is there science or other research to back up some of these claims etc.
Superficial regurgitation of the same books saying the same thing is not clever or interesting.

Totally agree! I’ve read that book too. In my opinion it very much digs at people at the most vulnerable time in their life and very much places the blame on them for getting cancer. Nowadays who really never has any kind of negative thoughts? That being said, positive thinking and thoughts do help on a cancer journey so I suppose if it helps in that way it’s not a total croc of tit 🤣

I find it Absolutely deplorable that she or anyone else can make such barbaric statements in regard to Cancer weather it is in a book or not! It is not discriminatory, men, women, Children, BABIES! I would LOVE for her to say such comments to the wrong person some day, she truly needs to get knocked of her uneducated high horse! She is Disgusting to even utter such words! I hope she is held accountable for the information that she is putting out to impressionable young people in order to line her pockets with bogus assumptions on topics that effect people daily! She is truly a Dangerous piece of work

I don't think Sinead is an evil horrible person who really believes people's bad energy or "vibes" are cancer-causing. She's more a victim of unintelligently and inarticulately paraphrasing these books, or taking them at face value as has already been mentioned. I was closely affected by cancer at the time of her posting that and it was a very upsetting time for me anyway but this comment did get to me - she has a large following and a lot of influence and it upset me to think that people might take what she said literally.

What she should have said was, "I read this really interesting book where a woman believes she overcame cancer with the power of positive thought. The power of the mind is incredible. It's really made me think about how much our mind and attitude could affect our health or the healing process as this one lady believes it did for her." Instead she word vomited something about how negative attitudes cause cancer. No further discussion or balance or science or even a disclaimer. Someone with her level of influence needs to be really careful with what they put out there.

I would understand if she worded it badly and didn't mean what she said and then rectified it, but she never acknowledged it or apologized and just deleted it and hid for a day or two. I know some people wouldn't accept an apology but I think it would have been a learning opportunity and a good sign of taking accountability and having integrity if she did. I think all of that is too much effort for her/she doesn't really care if she upset anyone because SHE knows she didn't mean it that way. But again, a large following and a lot of influence comes with responsibility and should come with accountability.

She is an absolute knob. She probably knows it’s wrong but because she’s never been affected by cancer she doesn’t care. She would also be saying it for the shock factor because she knows it would wind people up for obvious reasons
I guess when any influencer doesn't take accountability or address something, we try and understand why they did it.
So when she blocks, deletes, glosses over the bad or questionable stuff she does, people think she's mean, doesn't care, is selfish, did it on purpose, is being calculated. And maybe she is all of those things! But she's probably not - she's advised to just delete anything drama causing and pretend like it didn't happen. I couldn't live like that. And its the main reason I can't like or trust most influencers because they're all at it.

The issue with this is she has NO integrity and can’t formulate a thought herself. She would be horrendous in a debate! She has to regurgitate everything

I’ve never been into or read any ‘self help’ books. From what I find they just seem to create problems and people start to think things are wrong in their lives etc

Self help books can be great and can help people to identify the areas where they need to make changes in their lives. However, the likes of Beg and Shiv make it out like they are the first people in history to realise that reading is good and they make these books out to be life changing without questioning anything about them or having an original thought themselves.
