Thread name this time is a collab with @Scarlett Love 's good ideas :)

Kelsey's not so berry was on-going at the start of the last thread and is still not over.

James' building skills are still being questioned, especially when the differences are so starkly noted in Tiny Town. Are his videos getting too long, or do we enjoy this format?

Plumbella - less of a question, her videos really are too long now. Good for her if she's having fun?

Steph0 has managed TWO WHOLE VIDEOS since our last thread started in November last year

Syd Mac, Devon Bumpkin, Dr Gluon, Call Me Kevin - no complaints generally.

Connie and Caryn hit over 1m YouTube subs.

Will lilsimsie ever not pretend that the latest expansion/stuff pack/game pack/kit made her cry with joy and that she will use it ALL THE TIME before completely forgetting about it? Not today at least

Almost forget Vixella, probably because she hasn't even been worth mentioning recently. Is she still doing inverted colour sims CAS 'challenges' and squeezing too much furniture into her builds that have more focus on outside cottage aesthetics than indoor functionality?

And Deli is just..... Deli.

She’s trying to go to the sub genre of hours long video essays about niche topics but it’s not gonna work on me. First of all she spouts about the same sims trivia for years already and she is so unbearably annoying to listen to for 20 minutes let alone multiple hours.

I know the thread is for the simmers and not the game itself, but my friends don't play the Sims and I just can't stop complaining about how terrible this pack is!
It's like it was made by modders. Not saying that the modders do a terrible job, but they need to use whatever is already in the game and repurpose it, and you can always tell is a mod, you know?
This pack uses a bunch of animations from other packs, all the new features are rabbit holes or just a text box in the screen.
It feels so much like a mod, it's crazy. EA is out of their minds.
Everything else that is actually "new" is glitchy.

Thank you for saving me £35! I was on the fence about the pack. I don’t trust Game changers and I’ve saw very mixed reviews from ordinary players.

The game is bloated. We would’ve been on Sims 5 already but the Sims 4 sales mean it’s still going on and can barely handle it. That’s also why everybody just does builds and CAS now because the rest of it barely functions.
 
Does anyone ever look at the lilsimsie subreddit? I followed it ages ago, I think when James mentioned his sub I checked whether anyone else had one and just followed them both. I had to leave Simsie's because people are so weird. For a while it was mainly memes about funny looking dogs but in the past few months there have been multiple people who made oddly similar posts along the lines of "I'm gay myself and definitely not homophobic but I don't like it that all her sims are gay or trans." One person said statistically not that many people are LGBT so the way she plays doesn't reflect real life. Ma'am, this is a game in which you can get eaten by a plant that's also a cow.

A lot of her fans are actual literal kids, which is why so many of them are weird. The adult ones are like Swifties and Disney adults.

I love his reviews but from what I watched a few days ago he actually seemed a bit more positive on this one then his last few pack reviews. I agree this isn't a pack I will be purchasing until a sale but the gameplay actually seems more interesting to me than the packs I don't own.
