I was puzzled by her doing this, as she has previously stated that she gets motion sickness. A person who gets motion sickness would be dizzy and ill after being swung around like that on the digger.

I bet you every morning she dumps them at daycare she tells them she has to “work”. I don’t imagine she says to them “sorry boys mum is dumping you here while I get my hair done/nails done/out for lunch/off for a massage”

Two things stand out to me with this afternoons stories.
How sad it was seeing them playing in the stones, no sandpit for those boys at home. Go get them a half shell and fill it with sand, using that massive shovel for A was difficult but he did work through it and managed. And then having to clean it up later.
2nd was QUIT WITH THE bleeping MUMMY CRYING bullshit. That was pure coaching for instagram for A to repeat. That cemented right then what Tattle have been saying, how you use the boys for instagram. A doesn't know how to differentiate between he made Mummy cry happy tears , or Mummy has sad tears.
And Simone if A saying thanks for cleaning up the stones made you cry, imagine how it would make you if you heard him have real clear sentences with speech therapy...
Also where was Trent today?

Lol the date night. I’m sorry, but after having kids I didn’t need to make date nights. Life with kids was good and didn’t need to make time. Maybe I’m different but date nights? I don’t need these for myself and partner to still feel connected.

That gave me the ick watching her coach #1, telling him to thank her.
He didn't have a clue what was going on, was trying to walk off. A child can't emotionally differentiate happy from sad tears. He was probably scared he made his mother cry, and not having the words to vocalise his feelings, trys to leave the situation - he walked away, or starts to internalize. Poor little Asher, another example of his mother using him for her perceived benefit

Does Simone still go to F45? I was reading the other day that a lot of gyms etc are no longer allowing their members to film themselves exercising. So I assume that as this policy becomes more popular, gyms etc will be less likely to sponsor people.

It's a legal requirement for health and safety and if the company isn't complying then they could be prosecuted. Simone being deceitful again could land her cash source in trouble.
