Don't for one minute believe she sole feeds this diet. He ate it with gusto because it was new to him. Can't see Scammy doing all the prep required. She's so busy, wouldn't have the time.

Also being realistic many dog owners could not afford to feed this, target your audience Scammy.

$40 per 425gm bag
Maddox ~10kg = 100gm/day x 30days =7 bags a month =$280, or $9.30 /day food cost + the extras. $3,360.00 a year, for many, is unaffordable for pet food.

I see clients who forego meals so they can afford for their pet to have surgery. Food like this really only caters to a very niche market.

Ideally She should be paying tax on these "freebie" items she promotes

I thought the IRD are planning on cracking down on the taxing of the gifts? I seem to remember reading something about that. Needs to hurry up and happen ASAP

That dustpan and brush havent been used to sweep anything up, props for the gram. More deception Scammy🤦

for this to work, the gifts would need to be declared and unless they’re audited, I don’t know if they’d be caught out? 🤔
---
Even if the company gifting to her was having to itemise who the gift was for, Scammo’s IRD records are likely under her original maiden name or married name, not Anderson so if IRD tried to cross reference it wouldn’t work.

Im also pretty sure the tax rate would be up there with FBT so it’s like 30% or something.

a lot of tax she’s likely not paying
---
Further to that, she should have been paying tax on the money she didn’t donate to WR because she pocketed it instead of donating it. 99% of what sold was gifted to her then converted to cash so she should have paid income tax on it.

but I bet she didn’t.

the fact that they struggled to get a mortgage is a red flag as to how much of her income she’s declaring.

We can only hope that the attention from the court case has caught the eye of the IRD and they are auditing her, however she conveniently deleted evidence in the TM accounts and FB groups so whether or not IRD can subpoena that data I’m not sure

They probably need someone to report them to IRD for them to investigate. All they'd need is to check out her instagram account and they'd see all the stuff she's been gifted and do an audit I guess

Im hoping that when the new governments plan to get the country smoking again fails, they’ll look at clawing more tax back from those evading it. With Scammo Casseroli at the top of the list

I would say considering she has lawyers and ASA on speed dial she'd also have an accountant who can add and subtract numbers creatively to their mutual benefit
