I hate to say but I agree too, with my first I left the hospital weighing less than before I got pregnant. Only got weighed because I lost alot of blood so midwife wanted to know. I do however realise that this is far from the norm and never flaunted this fact.I agree. I lost 10kg while pregnant then I weighed myself the day after giving birth (midwife was curious) and I'd lost another 10kg. However my pregnancy wasn't all sunshine and rainbows. Sick the whole 9 months from day start to day end. Thank God for Ondansetron
Hubby reckons Trenti would be earning $150k max with OTE $200k. Still pretty good, but with 1 mortgage and 2 “investment” properties, their outgoings would be quite high. I doubt the rental income they’re getting for the 2 houses would cover their mortgage, rates, insurance + property manager would cover their mortgage repayments, esp with current interest rates. I know this as we own 2 investments and we have to top up both of them considerably, but hubby and I both work FULL TIME and we have not ever been given a cent from anyone. Everything we have we have honestly worked and I can sleep at night knowing I’m not a fraudster like cuntface Siimooaannnnnnn.

I wonder if they have pit down "deposits" with some of those build to own property investment companies where you don't have to have a mortgage lined up. Then once they get built thats when you get ownership and the titles actually transfer. I am fully aware I may be grossly misunderstanding the processI honestly don’t believe they own investment properties. I think Scamoan falls into the second category - they have a decent income but their outgoings and inconsistent income has caught up with them. Tax bills, credit cards, legal fees. It all adds up.

I don’t think Ryder is as perfect as she makes out . Notice how much she holds him or has him on his pod (on the edge of the couch, bench, table , wherever really) . Now that’s telling me he isn’t settled during the day. It looks to me from her q&a today that she holds him all the time & comfort feeds him. It's funny how bodies work, I lost weight but I couldn't really fit into my normal clothes coz my hips and arse are hugeWhile I was the opposite.
I gained heaps but looked very small compared to how pregnant she looked in that interview. Which is why I laugh at how many times she tried to convince people she was so small. I think her body has changed after having Asher though and she doesn’t want to admit this. Like someone said yesterday, her being size 12 on the bottom would be a stretch in some clothing because she does have thicker calves and thighs. She has said in the past high boots couldn’t fit her and she needed to stretch them as her legs would fit in them.
That’s the exact process we followed. 10% down and the balance due once completed then our names showed up on the property guru website/linz website a few months after. I’m happy cause we have lovely tenants, who pay their rent and I’m. It a greedy duck and feel too mean to increase their rent so we are just sucking it up for now. Bet Scuntmoan will do.
