Oof that sounds hard! I had full mobility up until birth with my kid (not bragging, I know it's more on the unusual side) but post birth of my giant headed kid I was definitely slower. When was the last f45 video she posted?
Or else she's earlier than we thought? I can't imagine her throwing her baby sprinkle post due date cause schedules!
