Why do ‘some’ parents have to make such a drama about introducing the first born to the new sibling. Just bring them in once you are comfortable and don’t make such a drama out of it. Seriously most parents transfer their own anxieties and emotions onto their own children.
Hahah this. Asher won't give to shits. Quick look and he be off, it will be her forcing him to hold kiss cuddle to show the gram he's just settling just perfect with his sibling Ayden. 🤣 mean while he will be dumped at daycare 4 days a week With Trent working from home and she will claim how easy it is with one under 2 and nb 🤢🤢

I hope Ayden makes his appreance like a wrecking ball, ripping her from arehole to hole, causing million stitches, and hemroids and ruins her whole perfect birth plan. 🤣🤌
I can see this baby giving her the absolute shits, possibly Evan colic/reflux and hates sleep.

But we will never know because her life pregnancy everything is just perfect 24/7 🙃

I am questioning the payments to Asher. That will be reducing her tax requirement and she’s getting a lot of baby $$ - or she did when he was younger. Wonder how she’s invoicing and then moving money to him.

The properties could be owned by a trust but the behind the scenes stuff is that there is also a company involved and it could be one of her holding companies so not linked to her name. We ‘own’ nothing either as our lawyers have set up this structure. It’s complex, costs us a fortune each year and I need the lawyer to explain how it works 🤣🤣🤣
What’s the reasoning behind doing it if you don’t mind me asking?

Of course her sex drive was high during both pregnancies 🥴 Seriously does she ever experience anything slightly negative? She just comes across as so full of tit 24/7..

I’m in a lot of mum groups and a low sex drive is something that seems to make a lot of women feel “not good enough/inadequate” but of course she’s a unicorn so she wants to have sex 24/7 whilst pregnant and probably PP too, then she cries of happiness for two hours because having a newborn is simply the easiest thing in the world.
Despite how beige her house/life is absolutely nothing with her is neutral.. it’s always the “MOST amazing, incredible, epic *insert Simo-ism of choice* xyz, she must be the best, most perfect at everything! 🙄🙄

Simone did a Q&A today for close friends! She appreciates the support and the love and the beautiful community that close friends is the money.

Summary:
-Any social media contracts she gets that she wouldn’t get without Asher (nappies, wipes etc) any payment from that goes directly to Asher. We can only hope this includes all the money from Bambini.
-Simone and Trent put an amount each week into Asher’s account and the same will happen for Ayden. They have started to invest that money in different ways.
-Simone wants to teach the boys “wanting to work, the value of work, and the value of earning your own money.” Unclear whether she will also reach them how to defraud charities?
-Hospital bags are all packed, still a few last minute things to throw in. Asher will be with her mum or Trent’s parents when she is in labour.
-Re: keeping the due date secret - it’s been lovely having something just for them to cherish, and not get questions around all the due date stuff.
-They have set up a couple of family trusts. Not in particular for the boys, this was a “huge privacy thing.” They’ve had some information leaked online and this was a way to protect their future assets from being publicly found. This gives them a level of protection on their assets going forward, it made them super uncomfortable with the information online. This was not an easy process, it took months of research with lawyers where they could have everything they own not linked back to them. It’s costing them a lot of money every year. @snarkersusie are you able to comment around how this would link with the investment properties they definitely have? From memory I think you said you’d still be able to search somehow.
-They found it really easy to find a daycare they loved for Asher. They had friends who had their children there and Simone loved the style of teaching and the environment.
-The essentials for a baby are “sweet bugger all” — Nappies, something to keep them clean, safe transport, warm clothes. She says you should keep within your budget and not feel like you have to buy something just because someone has it online. With that in mind, it’s unclear why she flogs everything under the sun to vulnerable new and expectant parents.

hen she gives birth Trent, her mum, best friend Jess and another best friend Becca will be there. Hang on, I thought she said Asher would be with her mum? Who is Becca? First I’ve heard of her.
-S
he’s not sure if Trent will get her a push present but there are two pieces of dream jewellery she’s working towards
-She’s not sure when they will announce Ayden’s birth. The first few weeks at home they’ll keep private and only close friends will see this. Everyone on Tattle will see this too.
-
With their busy lifestyles, two babies is the ideal number so they can be supportive and involved parents.
-She won’t sell most baby things as she has friends who are pregnant and would love to take some financial stress off for friends.
-They will introduce Asher to Ayden once Asher has woken from his afternoon nap as that’s when he’s freshest and on best form. Trent will spend time with Asher first and then Simone and Ayden will come in.
-Simone will miss the movements and her round belly when she is no longer pregnant.
-Her sex drive has been annoyingly high with both pregnancies.
Haha of course she’s trying to put it out there since she Tagitbaby said they owned two investment properties and they in fact do not.

Hiding assets so when she gets done for fraud she can say she has no assets and can't pay when she gets out of jail.

Funny how in every Q&A, she loves to pretend how “successful” she and Trent apparently are… talks of trusts, lawyers, properties, money…
Keep dreaming honey. You’ll never be one of the hons.
If she was that bleeping successful she wouldn’t have needed to scam a charity and her followers out of hundreds of thousands of dollars. I hope someone screen recorded this part of the Q&A just in case it’s needed for IRD in the future. Who knows what shady tit she’s up to.

Sorry, but what if birthcare or wherever you stay needs your bed and discharge you in the morning? What will you do? Just not go home until Asher is in bed so it doesn't ruin your OTT planned reveal to Asher??? Surely you have a backup plan?????

Sorry, but you actually can't plan that tit. I've learned with two kids that very rarely do things go to plan in the early days. I'm not beige though, so perhaps that's why.

“There is no register of discretionary family trusts. A trust is only required to register with Inland Revenue if the trustee earns income. That means that a trust that only owns a family home does not need to register with Inland Revenue.
The trustee is the legal owner of the trust property and the legal “face” of the property. Registers of property ownership such as the companies office, which records share ownership, and Land Information New Zealand, which records property ownership, are not permitted to show that the owner of property is a trustee. This means that trust ownership is private information.”

So it seems that Simone and Trent have set up a family trust, I assume in this case that the trust would not be in their names. They may be trustees on the trusts, or they may have set up others to be the trustees and Simone and Trent would be the primary beneficiaries of the trust. Asher and Ayden would be secondary beneficiaries of the trust. Their accountant is probably one of the trustees on the trust, or their lawyer.

If the trust starts earning income then it would have to be registered with Inland Revenue.

What an effort to go to to hide the fact she lied about having owned two investment properties for over 2+ years!

Yes. It will be interesting to see if the ownership of their family home changes to trustees, and if so the names of the trustees. Tagitbaby said they own investment properties, if they do (or any other investments) and the investment properties become part of the trust then the trust income would have to be taxed and the trust would have to have a tax return filed. That could be where ongoing costs come in, as it would cost for the accountant to complete and file a tax return.

I believe it is common when setting up a trust to have your name as one of the trustees. Not doing so puts yourself in a vulnerable position, as you are no longer in control of the asset. But if their names are listed as a trustee then possibly this may still be able to be found in a search.
