I think that the properties are just brought in a company they could easy created a company and they are the directors and then the company buys it so we would have no idea what the company is called or what they own.

The property title would still identify a person as owner even if bought in the name of a trust or company. So until LINZ associates any other properties to Simon’s name, she only owns what is showing. Which is one.
