But then I remembered how Narcissistic Simmo is and how so many companies have been receiving messages about her rather large charity scam that she’s decided to try and just smother her life in charity work so people think she’s still a good person. But somehow it still comes across a yuck and insincere

Yes, I think it would name the trustees of the trust as owners. Unless they’ve put it in a trust for which they are not trustees. In which case, they don’t own it.
