Also, her house isn’t that big. It’s a small town house. Obvious by the fact the kitchen, dinning room and living room are so close together. Why I laugh about her house clean as it wouldn’t be that hard a task to maintain.

She's got a teeny section but the house is 230sq m which is the average size of a 4 bedroom house (the average 3 bedroom home would be 175m2)
I think downstairs is a weird layout due to that downstairs bedroom that we never see being sold as a "second master"

It is a newish build though so yes easier to keep clean than an older property as everything is fresh
 
The storage unit is an ad too lol.

Just want to say that you are such an amazing Mum! I realllly dig your minimalist garage, it’s devine. Mine has a pesky oil stain on the carpet (I know right!!) sooo should I just sell the house? Or could you rent me out one of your investment properties? Or should I cut out that portion of carpet and put it in the dishwasher?

I know I could just google this, but thought it would be quicker to message you instead.

Are you referring to the ballot scheme? Not all houses in Hobsonville were under the ballot, this one wouldn’t have been.

I’m not going to share the address online but you can find it with a quick google.
I don’t think any of the developers had 4 bedrooms included in the ballot scheme they were all 2 or 3 bedrooms, and from what I understand they didn’t buy it from developers.

had a thought...
If she donated (we know she didn't) BUT if she had - you can claim back 33.333% of the donation back. Either way - she is pocketing because we know she wouldn't donate the tax back....
