They look at year end financials and take averages for each month usually. They also look at your ability to pay bills and service the loan. So they clearly looked at their finances and did not think they were able to make the mortgage repayments. Which directly contradicts the image of wealth that Simone is trying to portray.

I wonder how much of the women’s refuge money she was relying on to pay for her lifestyle and if that money wasn’t disclosed as income to avoid paying tax on it. Therefore it likely wasn’t able to be counted as income and would have made up around $50k annually.

The teeth are terrible! They don’t even fit in her mouth and she’s starting to get a crease under her bottom lip where her overbite is pushing her inflated lip down
 
So Simone has a block of cheese by her front door, and her Bestie has a grater! Perfect pairing!
Her besties house is just a carbon copy of Simone’s (or vice versa!!) Imagine all your besties having the exact same styled house, how boring! 🥱

And why is she running round the house taking photos of random things and posting them? My friends would think I’d lost the plot if it did that

De their mortgage and being self employed what I don’t get is Trent isn’t so his salary would have been fine? My husband is self employed and we still managed a mortgage even when he was only just setting up. This was because I had a consistent salary and our paperwork was up to date. Biggest thing about being self employed is that so S should have been ok as she always brags how organised she is.
